Visit 1: techs did not clean carpets and Tile floor adequately. When challenged tech he said he cleaned entire tile floor when it was obvious he had not.

He would not complete and left. We called office and complained when you scheduled a second visit. The 2 area rugs were collected at this time which required the moving of a large sofa and dining table, which they had no difficulty doing. Visit 2.

Techs cancelled at last minute due to Harvey forecast Multiple attempts were required to have rugs delivered and many excuses about being too busy to accommodate ..... Visit 3. Plan was to redo floors and carpets and bring rugs at same time ( Tuesday 19th ) however when tech arrived without rugs despite it being specifically required in our Scheduling requests he called and your warehouse manager said rugs were ready to pick them up and manager instructed him to collect them but after hanging up he advised it was "not his problem" and left! Visit 4.

Tech arrived with rugs. Didn't want to unroll and place in rooms. Was dismissive and "not his job" to place them. He did place one (poorly) and then refused to place the second because as he put he "would not get paid if a second team came out to place the rugs as contracted.

When I arrived home I unrolled the rug to discover the damage noted in the attached photographs. We immediately notified Michele and Martin of our discovery. Furthermore, rug 1 (the undamaged one) is not cleaned well (if at all).

The second one does appear to have been cleaned and based upon the odor, with harsh chemicals. We are beyond disappointed with the quality of the workmanship, service, customer service and courteousness of the techs and of course without saying the damage.

I didn't like: Fact they destroyed my rug, Did not do the job they were contracted for.
